景观方案主任设计师

岗位要求：
1.景观设计、建筑设计或城市规划相关专业毕业，本科及以上学历；
2.5年以上设计和管理经验；
3.对项目有综合操作和控制的能力，有较强的沟通协调能力，能独立进行项目汇报、独立处理设计和工程问题，独立进行施工配合，安排工作计划和人员配置；
4.能与甲方顺利沟通，能对设计提出一定合理化意见，参与方案讨论和设计；
5.有较强高端项目的方案深化能力，并安排团队项目进展。
6.对植物设计，材料和施工方案有一定的了解，能给予设计师建议并协作确定材料。
Qualifications
i. Graduation of landscape design, architectural design or urban planning, bachelor's degree or above;
ii. 5 years of design and management experience;
iii. The ability to comprehensively operate and control the project, have strong communication and coordination capabilities, can independently report project reports, independently handle design and engineering issues, independently conduct construction cooperation, arrange work plans and personnel configuration;
iv.Can communicate with Party A smoothly, can put forward some rationalized opinions on the design, participate in the discussion and design of the plan;
v. The first expansion of the general difficulty can be performed independently;
vi.There is a certain understanding of plant design, materials and construction plans, and can give designers suggest and collaborate to determine the materials.
景观方案设计师

2.3年及3年以上设计经验。
3.熟悉设计中所应用软件，并在设计领域中擅长某版块特长。
4.能默契配合主创设计师创作，领悟业主需求，并有自我独立见解，参与整体方案讨论和设计；
5.有较强团队凝聚力及公司品牌意识。
Qualifications
i. Graduation of landscape design, architectural design or urban planning, college and above degree;
ii. 3 and 3 years of design experience.
iii. Familiar with the software applied in the design and good at a certain section in the design field.
iv.Being able to cooperate with the creation of the main creative designer, understand the needs of the owner, and have self -independent opinions, participate in the overall plan discussion and design;

助理方案设计师

1.建筑学、园林、景观等相关专业专科以上学历；熟悉设计软件，有一定设计理念基础。
2.毕业生及工作1-3年内均可。

4.有一定的抗压能力及良好的团队合作精神；
5.有高端地产景观设计经验者优先。

1.景观设计、建筑设计或土木工程等相关专业毕业，专科及以上学历；
2.3年及3年以上设计经验。
3.熟悉相关制图软件，掌握制图技巧，具有独立完成景观详图能力并接触总图设计。
4.能默契配合主任设计师完成后期设计，领悟业主需求，并能与方案设计师进行衔接，讨论优化设计；
5.有较强团队凝聚力及公司品牌意识。
Qualifications
i. Graduated from related majors such as landscape design, architectural design, or civil engineering, college and above;
ii. ii. Graduates and work within 1-3 years.
iii. Familiar with relevant drawing software, master the drawing skills, have the ability to complete the landscape diagram independently, and contact the total map design.
